Overall not like others we have stayed in...very disappointing...shower was older ...needs some revamping...overall I would never stay in another Stay America... could use a remodel

It was not what was pictured. Our “suite” left everyone tripping over each other. It was very cold and the heat did not work. Other guests were screaming and fighting all night. At one point it sounded like someone was throwing stuff off the second floor. We cancelled the next stay there

Disgusting Got in late from the airport booked here. It was rundown and disgusting. Pubic hairs in the bathroom. I’ve stayed at this chain before and it was nothing like this. I could not fathom using the shower. I left in the middle of the night for fear of bed bugs.

Close to the airport... No food close by... The room was in bad shape... Rundown... with a bad odor. Expedia, stop wasting my time with review requests.

The location, great! The staff, Ok! The property, not safe, not clean! Took pictures of rust on the entire side of the refrigerator From top to bottom and bath tub shower rod! Toilet paper holder, bathroom sink and toilet paper in terrible condition. One microwave did not work so placed a working one on the dining table taking up space instead of removing the old one, and placing the new one. Spoke with staff regarding the issue however it was not resolved as promised
