The worst hotel in town . Where you go and they don’t wanna change your towels? , well here in this hotel they don’t change towels , they don’t clean room why ? Coronavirus . That is the excuse ! Rough staff always bad actitud . The worst ever

Was charged on credit card but the front desk said didn't go through so had to check out and get room elsewhere.

Dont waste your time The place was disgusting and looked trashy. I have never seen a hotel quite like this . I left 10 min after checking in .

Even though I showed Jennifer at the front desk the confirmation of my reservation for my stay, due to a system error I was not able to check in and had to wait two hours after going back and forth with her, customer service at the extended stay staff and expedia regarding my reservation. I was very unhappy with my visit.

The daytime manager was extremly rude and actually yelled at me

Once again I booked a room at the facility and was so very unhappy with the outcome . I will never book again with this Extend Stay. I choose this particular one because of the location it’s located within the areas I’m visiting but this time the room was totally wrong and they wanted to charge me another rate if i upgraded but then was told due to families being there they couldn’t. I booked a double with a sleeper sofa,but was given a one bed double and a sofa pullout.Just the overall stay was HORRIBLE !!
