Room is garbage. Hotel needs renovation - truly a scary place. Note that there have been super negative comments about this place dating back to at least 2019. There are always responses from HQ saying how troubling it is to read the review, that they will act on the problems immediately so they never happen again, etc. Empty words as the place is now and will likely forever be a complete flea-bag, sorry excuse for a hotel. If you have any alternative options whatsoever, steer clear of this pit

Visit was terrible. Exposed carpet tacks in walkway that were stepped on in bear feet. No coffee pot or basic amenities. No ice bucket. Picked up a wash cloth to wash my face. My fingers went through a huge hole right in the middle of the cloth. Room was dirty. Paid a huge amount of money for one night. We Thought that would buy us a nicer room. Boy will be disappointed. And there were no other motels with available rooms at that point. Horrible experience. I will never stay in another extended stay, anywhere.

The room smelt strongly of smoke. The people before us used the lamp as an ash tray. The floors were extremely dirty. They turned the bottoms of my husband's feet black. And the bathroom had mold. The counters were stained and dirty.

the room was decent size, but it was dirty and tired. the sink was lined with black dirt and the drain was full of hair. it looked like they mopped the floor and used the sink, then didn't rinse it out after they were done. The problem is, the floor was filthy too, so, couldn't have been that. The AC was cold, but there was dirt on the pillow. No coffee maker, no cups. The fridge door wouldn't shut all the way. I ended up getting my money back and finding a cleaner establishment. The front desk was helpful in this process.

Rooms not cleaned upon arrival, my door was broken and called management to show but they even care, moved to another room but that was bad also asked for a smoke free room but got a smokers room, very disappointing trip!!

Had booked 2 days. Room was filthy! Mold, dust and mildew. Carpet looked like it has never been cleaned or shampooed. Was in the room less than 1 hour and asthma was triggered. I had to check out immediately. Management gave me the runaround regarding a refund! This is not a corporate location so beware folks! My husband and I got sick allergy wise. I will never recommend this place to anyone or stay there ever!
