Happy with our stay, but… The bathroom was very clean, but there was areas near the bed that were a little dirty but it didn’t concern me. The room was a bit dated, but that did not concern me either. The floors are very thin because for three hours straight on both days, we could hear the kids in the room above us, jumping off the bed and banging things around. Friendly/helpful staff but not clean Staff was amazing and friendly. I had an issue with my one room where the toilet was leaking from the bottom of the bowl so I got moved to a new room immediately. However, the room I got moved to smelled like an ashtray. I felt gross being in there. The linens were dirty, the bathroom faucet never got warm, the furniture needs updating due to wear and tear, and the hotel door lock was loose. All the service was good but I didn't like that they changed the carpet leaving the doors open in the rooms.
