Good price and large space. I think it is a good hotel only the carpet wasn’t appealing because it was not clean. The TV wasn’t working as well.

Nothing. And charged me smoking fee when I don’t smoke. Argued for days to get money back

Breakfast is only coffee and muffin. Hotel is worn and outdated.

Room smelled like smoke. Then I got charged a fee for smoking and I’m a heart patient. I do not smoke. Was never told of the charge. Found out on my statement. Called to get fee returned. Took days and was told it would be refunded and emailed copy of refund. Still have not gotten the email. I need to stay in this area two nights per week and will not book with your hotel until this is corrected. If not corrected by Tuesday I will start with bad reviews and if necessary I will contact news about fraudulent charges by hotel.
