You definitely pay for what you get, not worth saving the money. I signed a no smoking agreement upon checking into the hotel, but when entering my room there was a strong cigarette smell. I asked for a new room and was told I would be staying in my current room. I then asked if I would be fined for the smell due to the agreement I signed. I was told I wouldn’t be as the general manager knows the conditions and I wouldn’t be fined for the pre-existing smell… I am yet to see if this is true.
