It was fine. When I came in, the front desk staff member was arguing with a long-term resident about laundry. I waited for over 20 minutes while their argument escalated. The front desk person didn't technically do anything wrong, but she didn't de-escalate the resident very well, and even after the resident walked away she kept talking about it to me. The room didn't even have toilet paper. Had to go to front desk and she act like she didn't want to give it to me.
