Front desk closed…took us 45 minutes to get to someone who could call night manager to check us in…then no blankets….other family member, no pillows!

You get what you pay for. Questions to ask: how many abandoned cars in the lot? How many long term residents? The front desk closes at what time! Vending room closes at what time?

Reserved a King suite, but by the time when we arrived (10pm), the door was locked, the reception not staffed. When we finally got in, the reception looked in disarray... boxes and papers everywhere. The receptionist went on with her conversation with her girlfriend, whi was standing right next to us, and wasn't even looking at us!! The housekeeping was started but not finished in the bathroom. NO towels or washcloths and used soap from previous guest. The property couldn't locate my reservation, so it to calls to Expedia and a half hour to checkin. When finally got to the room it was ok, but not totally finished cleaning and NO towels and housekeeping was gone.
