I booked a reservation online that morning and when I got to the hotel the clerk said they had no rooms available. I explained that I reserved a room and asked to speak to a manager but there wasn't one on duty and I was told to call Expedia. I called Expedia and complained and I got a refund back after a week.

Go anywhere else Check in was in a room at front of hotel with a desk with glass partition. Staff was fine. Our room was on 2nd floor and parking near our room was very limited since it was near the front of hotel. We had to go up some enclosed stairs past full and uncovered garbage cans to get to our room. Once we got in the room it was pure disappointment. I never got the chance to stay the night because it was over booked &sold out which could have be prevented by not allowing us to do the reversvation online telling us there was room available need to improve on your online services
