No utensils, no extra towels, breakfast to go horrible, no working tv for 2 days. No soap tray in bathroom, no manager to talk to and pay for extra towels. 2 microwaves, one broken and smoking, no one tells you and it shoukd have been unplugged, no hangers for the closet.

This hotel ruined our wedding. First, I called to see if i can check in earlier than 3, does not answer their phone and when I get to the location, no one was at the front desk and there were people that were waiting for 15mins. So I come back after 3 and check in but on the way to the room, it smelled like weed and the place was so dirty outside. I didnt know It was this bad. And this is where it made me mad.
