Room was very cold the heat did not work, shower was filthy it had boot prints in it.. there was a crack in the door so cold air was coming in.. cabinets were falling down,also the tv kept shutting off.

Customer service was poor and annoying. I waited 20-30 mins for someone to show up to the lobby for checkout. Unacceptable.
