Not what is advertised. The room was empty of all extras no coffee maker no pots or pans for kitchen asked about extra towel was told 1 towel and 1 Wash cloth per person. Extra you must rent not what is on web site. I refuse to pay and went to buy towels. No TV remote had to call office multiple times and no one answered. When 2nd person tried to check in at 245pm office closed she had to call 800 number no help there. Finally got in. Got TV remote didn't work. Called office surprise no answer. Rooms smelled bad,Bad bug in the mattress no one’s there in the front desks when you needed that’s my second time in that hotel I’ll never come back again I thought that they will treat me different this time but was worse than the first time I’m totally disappointed
