Buenas noches las personas que trabajan en el hotel no son nada amables con los clientes pague el cuarto por 3 noche y ellos no me quisieron asear el cuarto termine asiendo esta reserva por que ellos no prestaron el servicio de limpieza pesimo sevicio el del personal del hotel no ayudan en nada

Upon checking in and out I had to wait nearly 8-11 minutes because no one was present, phone the toll free number to ask them to contact front desk. I am a single woman, I was given a room 268, located in the back, dark location of the hotel. The room had been sitting for a while and the bathroom smelled of weeds from the neighbors. When I arrive had to wait almost 10 minutes to check in had to call the number to get someone to check me in the rooms need to be upgraded staff needs to make sure the rooms are completely cleaned the linens are fresh the AC & Heat is working properly very very disappointed.

Wayyyy Below my standards. The mattress was bad the pillow smelled like cigarettes and there was a bright light just outside the window that could not be blocked. Yuk. A lot of ceiling/wall/counter patches here and there -they should just rip the room down and start over

Poor Our room smelled of weed and we asked to change rooms. One bed sheets had a stain of blood. The kind wouldn’t drain in bathroom.

The hotel said no smoking but the room smelled of smoke I had a full size bed not a Queen and the phone didn’t work so I had to unclog the toilet. I will never stay there again

That female at the front desk wouldn’t give me towels, asked too many questions just for a towel, she’s unprofessional and rude, she’s a black female I only mention her race because I forgot her name and don’t want someone else to be mistaken with her.
