After traveling 2 1/2 hours I got to the hotel stand in line at hotel lobby for about 20 mins only to find out the last available room was given to the customer in front of me. That was the first time that ever happened to me.

When I first got to the hotel the main lobby smells like marijuana, the lady behind the desk looked as if she was extremely high and wasn’t very helpful once I got to my room every drawer and every cupboard was wide-open the air conditioner was set to 58° When it’s barely 45 outside. I found multiple black long hairs on the sheets as well as the carpet was saturated with the dirt and grime and once I took my shower and put socks on the bottom of my socks were dirty again within 20 minutes of walking around. Good for people who like clog dancing all night The guests upstairs seemed to be walking around on wooden clogs and stomping through most of the night. When they stopped, it was only to set off their car alarm and then press their car key fob to turn it off several times. The hotel’s heating/cooling system did not maintain the temperature I set, so unless I cranked it all the way the the top setting the room was too cold to sleep in. The provided blankets were thin, with no additional blankets in the room.

Check in was fine. The room smelled musty but was clean overall. Very clear that the little things weren't being done like painting, repairs of broken wood, and maintenance of kitchen items. Disappointing since there is another hotel from the same chain which is in much better condition in the area.

I like that I had a hotel to stay in. I didn’t like that they allow dogs. I didn’t like that my room smelled like smoke well after switching to no smoking. I didn’t like that the room wasn’t cleaned very well before my stay.
