Never again expedia I did a reservation and they give me a room full of roach and they refused to give me a refund back I spend $120 for a room full of roach never again

Customer service The state was going well, but it was ruined by the checkout. Requested a late check out of 1 PM by going to the front desk the evening before and talking in person to someone. That person obviously did not pass it along, as I was kicked out of the room after 11 AM. I had to wait outdoors with my bags for my ride to show up an hour later, as we had originally planned.

Absolutely disgusting I've never stayed at a hotel before that was this disgusting, mold everywhere, mold in shower, dirty shower curtains, room was not cleaned as well as they claim, I highly advise staying somewhere else

The room was 85 degrees when i walked in. Couldn't get it to cool down for sleep. People next door very loud until very very late. It's a party place. Stay elsewhere.
