The first room they gave me was filthy, the AC wasn’t working and I even found what I believe was a very alive wasp inside. The second room they switched me to had a working AC but was still dirty. The room was so cold, and the sheets didn’t provide any warmth; I had to use the heater to be able to sleep (in the middle of summer, by the way). The place is not maintained at all. 2 of the lamps were not working. They said it will be a queen bed. But it is a full bed. Very disappointed

The microwave has a puddle of semi-solid liquid, clearly from a previous occupant. The stairwell smells like urine.
