Unsatisfied customer Check in clerk was uninterested in checking me in. When she gave me the key she gave me a vague arm swing to direct me to the room. My husband and I proceeded to drive around the building looking for the room numbers which were so small and almost unintelligible. The covering on the bottom of the bed had dirt marks on it. The curtain that was supposed to cover the closet area looked like it hadn’t been washed in years

Do not stay here! Very disappointing!! Expected a completely equipped room, there was nothing, no glasses, napkins & NO ICE, even from Front Desk. Stairways were dirty & littered. Customer service was non-existent. Will never stay there again, please drop this place from your choices.

There was no one even in the office when I showed up, had to find a different hotel.

Close to airport...other than that not good. Gave us a room that was not cleaned as if someone else was staying there.

1st room I was put into wasn't cleaned at all. I was then place into another room which the AC didn't work.

Choose a different place I would never stay here again. There was blood stains on the sheets, the sheets were not clean with little black dots all over the place, and it smelt like mold. The door did not lock well and didnt fit the door frame. The blanket was incredibly itchy and the air conditioner was incredibly loud and needed to be serviced. Very bad place to stay in it’s not safe

Won't stay there again. TV did not work, shower and sink water was warm at best. Woke up with a rash on my face and arms. Guess either something bit me, or I am allergic to the detergent they use to clean the sheets. Dried urine on the toilet. One or two of those issues I could look past as being a off day. But not a list like this. I would have checked out and stayed somewhere else but I was so tired and jet lagged. Plus trying to get my money back would have been a big long drawn out process.
