Ugh!! This hotel is dingy and has so many things wrong with it. There was no smoke detector in my room, the mattress was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable, there were no wash cloths in the bathroom and the toilet would not flush unless I took the lid off the tank and pushed the fill valve down myself. The first room they put me in reeks of cigarettes and the second one was a little better until everyone outside decided to smoke in front of my air conditioner and the smoke smell got sucked into the room. I work at the airport, so I got a room so I wouldn’t have to drive home. I’ve stayed here before but it’s more for convenience instead of quality. First it took my room half the night to warm up. That heater is not very good. Next I took a shower and there wasn’t a wash cloth, just towels. I can go on but I will just say that you get what you pay for and I got the bare minimum.

It’s not amazing but not terrible Front desk was unattended upon checkin at 4pm- had to call to get a worker to the desk. The toilet tank lid was off of the toilet upon arrival to the room and the bathtub did not drain during use. Overall it wasn’t dirty, just needs some attention.

Roaches in the bathroom, toilets were not clean, fire alarms went off in the middle of the night and would not turn off for more than 20 mins. Addressed the staff during checkout for refund considering the numerous roaches in my room. Staff refused a refund.

tthe place was supposed to be non smoking but the room that got was so stinky, so I had to tell the person on the front desk who was not a happy at all and changed the room but the second one was the same the sheets were filthy. I needed a good night sleep but I got a sleepless night instead. I will never stay in that place again and I will tell all my friends so disgusting and dissatisfying experience. the person in the front desk was very rude.
