There was no one even in the office when I showed up, had to find a different hotel.

Close to airport...other than that not good. Gave us a room that was not cleaned as if someone else was staying there.

1st room I was put into wasn't cleaned at all. I was then place into another room which the AC didn't work.

Choose a different place I would never stay here again. There was blood stains on the sheets, the sheets were not clean with little black dots all over the place, and it smelt like mold. The door did not lock well and didnt fit the door frame. The blanket was incredibly itchy and the air conditioner was incredibly loud and needed to be serviced. For its close proximity to the airport I was shocked they didnt offer a shuttle. It was also incredibly difficult to communicate with the front desk staff- they rarely answered the p... read more

Very bad place to stay in it’s not safe

Won't stay there again. TV did not work, shower and sink water was warm at best. Woke up with a rash on my face and arms. Guess either something bit me, or I am allergic to the detergent they use to clean the sheets. Dried urine on the toilet. One or two of those issues I could look past as being a off day. But not a list like this. I would have checked out and stayed somewhere else but I was so tired and jet lagged. Plus trying to get my money back would have been a big long drawn out process. Ugh!! This hotel is dingy and has so many things wrong with it. There was no smoke detector in my room, the mattress was lumpy and extremely uncomfortable, there were no wash cloths in the bathroom and the toilet would not flush unless I took the lid off the tank and pushed the fill valve down myself. The first room they put me in reeks of cigarettes and the second one was a little better until everyone outside decided to smoke in front of my air conditioner and the smoke smell got sucked into the room. I work at the airport, so I got a room so I wouldn’t have to drive home. I’ve stayed here before but it’s more for convenience instead of quality. First it took my room half the night to warm up. That heater is not very good. Next I took a shower and there wasn’t a wash cloth, just towels. I can go on but I will just say that you get what you pay for and I got the bare minimum.

It’s not amazing but not terrible Front desk was unattended upon checkin at 4pm- had to call to get a worker to the desk. The toilet tank lid was off of the toilet upon arrival to the room and the bathtub did not drain during use. Overall it wasn’t dirty, just needs some attention.
