The studio room Smells so bad smoking... it was horrible when I arrived . I want to be refunded I leave the place in the minute

Roaches in the bathroom, toilets were not clean, fire alarms went off in the middle of the night and would not turn off for more than 20 mins. Addressed the staff during checkout for refund considering the numerous roaches in my room. Staff refused a refund.

Horrible service.odor of cigarettes. Tv and reclining chair did not work. Filthy carpet.

tthe place was supposed to be non smoking but the room that got was so stinky, so I had to tell the person on the front desk who was not a happy at all and changed the room but the second one was the same the sheets were filthy. I needed a good night sleep but I got a sleepless night instead. I will never stay in that place again and I will tell all my friends so disgusting and dissatisfying experience. the person in the front desk was very rude.
