We had reserved a night at Extended Stay America in Sterling, Washington D.C. for October 22nd in March. When we arrived, we were told there was no reservation for us and they didn't have any available rooms. Needless to say, I will never book anything on the Orbitz site again!
It was the poorest locations of yours that I have ever stayed. Grounds were filthy, rooms in poor repair. Phone didn't work, nor some of the lights., No signage at lobby side of building nor does address match the website one.

Check-in was pretty simple, with no problems. The room was extremely run down and had roaches.

Save your time don’t even look any further than this review. You will find a nicer clean her room and an ez 8 motel. Hotel literally had roaches. The bathtub glaze was chipped and falling out so bad that I had to cut my foot. My room has not been cleaned once while I was there. They charge me 20 extra dollars for an additional pillow because they only gave me one. They charge me twice and I still have not received a refund. They overcharged me. This place should be called “Extended STINK America.” People obviously smoke in these so-called non/smoking rooms, and the rugs it also smelled like the sewer overflowed into the room. Soap was cheap and hardly lathered. I’ll never stay at Extended Stay America ever again!!
Drug activity. Unclean room. Police caution tape on premises. Internet did not work. Management rude and unhelpful.
They gave my room to someone else I never stayed their. They claimed they were full. I was forced to go elsewhere and pay a substantial amount more for the reservation.
I arrived there late at night. I was so tired, but I hardly find how to go into its entrance.

Gave away our rooms. Compensated by giving all separate rooms. Very dirty, no elevator, breakfast was granola bars. Spend a bit more and get a much better hotel
