It was terrible when I tried to enter the room the key did not open I went to reception and tried again to open and the room was occupied rented the room 2 times In the same day 😡😡

There were roaches in one of our rooms and the other had been smoked in. The cabinets in all the kitchen areas and bathrooms were falling apart.

Health and safety The check-in experience was quick and easy. However the condition of the room was less than stellar. Upon walking into the room you could feel that the carpet was wet due to the air conditioner leaking. Looking closer at the unit itself there was mold on the vents and it was clear that the filter was dirty or clogged. The curtain didn't close all of the way which caused the sunlight to shine directly where the pillows were on the bed. Not a clean place. The room had not been swept in weeks, beer bottle cap on the floor mirrors and pictures were dirty with something dripping off of the picture. There was dental floss hanging from the bedside lamp. No pillow case on one of the two pillows. Sheets were very stained yellow. The bathtub had red ...something smeared in it. There was a towel in the bathtub..... crumbs on the table, and in the leather recliner.

We did not like thiz propetty. It was dirty, bugs in room, the room smelled like nildew amd mold.

Reached late in the night and the receptionist was not at all friendly and it took 2 hours to do my check in. His system was not working but when I called the number given on hotel website, they say that the reservation is confirmed. Very slow systems and low knowledgable staff.
