I asked for a non smoking room, but this room smelled like smoke. Terrible odor in the room, plus the air conditioning unit didn't work very well. Some lights were out, or maybe the bulbs needed to be replaced. Toilet flushed but had to remove top and play with mechanism to make sure it filled up.

Unsatisfied customer Did an early check in over the phone but once I arrived, room wasn’t available and the one I was given didn’t have linen or pillows. Additionally, reserved a 2 night stay but only one night showed on my reservation.

It was a lot of smell from cigarettes and a lot of dog hair all over the place this is the most disgusting place I haven’t been

Wedding night stay This was certainly a first for me at extended stay america. Service was none existent. When we got to the room we noticed what looked like dried male fluid on the toilet seat. Dried tooh paste all over the bathroom floor. Hair all over the bathtub. One trash can was missing a bag. Only one small soap and one shampoo, everywhere else that I've stayed at an Extended Stay America they have had 3 soaps or more one face soap and 2 bath soaps and at least 2 or more shampoos.
