On the outside of the building there was a huge roach right outside of the door. The front desk receptionist was very nice however the bugs outside was snitch for me to not check in.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy. To start holly the front desk person gave me someone else’s room and when she noticed she asked the other family to ask me to leave the room. Then on top of that she charged us the wrong rate and told the other family to ask me for $30 “the difference “

Disappointed but lesson learned The people at the front desk we very nice and wonderful. However, the people staying in the hotel/motel were very loud, and you could hear profanity through closed doors. The hotel says it is non-smoking but people clearly did not follow that rule. The aroma of cigarettes and marijuana filled the halls. The confusing part was the hotel provided ash trays in the rooms but said no smoking?? I would not bring my family back here. This is the first time I ever write a review. I booked a two night stay and left after the first night. This is what I encountered: dirty floors, clogged sinks/tubs, dirty microwave, roaches, and worst of all bed bugs. I couldn’t stay another nights. I checked out around 5 am because I couldn’t sleep. I never got a refund for the second night.

Wasn't much we liked. Bed was terrible. Pillows ultra thin, refrigerator made noise. Disappointed no maid service. No extra towels etc, unless a few charged, the way I understand. Best thing was the shower.

Not a dreadful place for the price, it gets the job done. The room wasn’t ready yet when we arrived even though we came an hour after the earliest check-in time and the bathroom wasn’t stocked with toiletries (unless you count the used soap bar in the shower). The walls are very thin so you can listen to your neighbors phone vibrate as they sleep through their alarm. If you like sleeping on airplanes the ac unit is is perfect for you and there are no lamps so all you have are the overhead lights.

Check in was quick. Room was dirty like someone just made the bed with dirty sheets. The sheets had old blood stains on them.
