Horrible stay Worst hotel stay ever. Bed was a full size cot. Room smelled. Tub half full with water. You needed to take your garbage out to dumpster in parking lot. Clean towels cost extra. You needed to take dirty towels down and exchange them for clean ones. Checked out next morning. Was told I would not get refund for unused days. Disputing charge with my Credit Card company.

Stay away from this hotel. We paid over $100 per night and stayed in a cockroach infested and stinky room. The room was the breeding ground for all kinds of cockroach species. Someone was smoking marijuana above or the room next to us and the fumes were penetrating our room. It was hard to sleep through the night because of all the noises that were coming from the hallways. We addressed these concerns to the staff and asked for a refund for this horrible experience which was disregarded and rejected.

On the outside of the building there was a huge roach right outside of the door. The front desk receptionist was very nice however the bugs outside was snitch for me to not check in.

Absolutely disgusting. Filthy. To start holly the front desk person gave me someone else’s room and when she noticed she asked the other family to ask me to leave the room. Then on top of that she charged us the wrong rate and told the other family to ask me for $30 “the difference “

Disappointed but lesson learned The people at the front desk we very nice and wonderful. However, the people staying in the hotel/motel were very loud, and you could hear profanity through closed doors. The hotel says it is non-smoking but people clearly did not follow that rule. The aroma of cigarettes and marijuana filled the halls. The confusing part was the hotel provided ash trays in the rooms but said no smoking?? I would not bring my family back here. This is no plight towards the front desk people they were wonderful... read more

This is the first time I ever write a review. I booked a two night stay and left after the first night. This is what I encountered: dirty floors, clogged sinks/tubs, dirty microwave, roaches, and worst of all bed bugs. I couldn’t stay another nights. I checked out around 5 am because I couldn’t sleep. I never got a refund for the second night.
