There was a roach in my room, no complimentary hand soap in the bathroom, the building and rooms stunk, dirty walls and linen. Will not be returning.

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY HERE! My kids and I lasted about 45 minutes in this dump! AC didn't work, no one there to fix or move us to another room as there is no staff after I think 9pm. Drug deals in the lobby and we were asked both times we were on the elevator if we were "looking for a good time". Bugs all over the beds and floors, something bit my son in the bed, there were used tissues, and hair all over the other bed under the blankets, there was a nasty, dirty wash cloth on the floor. STAY ANYWHERE BUT HERE! Stay anywhere but here. It’s a nightmare. The general manager changed my room after I booked a double online. No one answers the phones at his hotel. Literally, no one. You don’t even hear one ring when you are standing at the front desk and someone is calling from the lobby. To check in we had to wait 30 minutes, they had a phone in the lobby for you to call the front desk I was on hold at least 30 minutes then I called customer service with Expedia finally someone came down there was roaches in the roomI took a towel to get up water out the floor in the bathroom and the floor was dirty have a hard time getting towels the lady at the front desk said it was due to the covid-19 will not be staying there again

Bad experience My stay was terrible! Once I arrived I had to wait 45 minutes to get my room. The room had a really bad smell and was not worth the money they charge.
