Roaches - The most unclean hotel!!! My room was adjacent to a stairwell and was very noisy with people constantly using the exit, even slamming the doors in the middle of the night. The hallways smelled terrible. People were smoking right by the doors. I killed at least 4 roaches in my room. I brought this to the attention of Vanessa when I checked out, even providing her a plastic bag with one I had killed. She said that the GM Cassandra would call me the next week about my concerns. the hotel caught fire, pillows are flat, the bed was broken and lumpy, the ac didn't work, no ice machine on site

The room was updated but it had several bugs. At 1:30 am someone tried to gain access to our room. Their key card was activated and the front desk called 10 minutes later to apologize. Please take caution when staying at this hotel. The price is decent, but it is not worth your safety.

The towels in the bathroom had dark stains. When getting up first thing in the morning there was roaches in the bathroom.

Wouldn’t stay again Beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillows were flat. Door looked like someone had broken in and they didn’t fix it. You could look into the room from outside because of the door damage. No service available after hours so when the mom in the next room was getting beat and her kids were crying, we couldn’t call any security. Yes you can hear every word from neighboring rooms. The room was dirty! No toilet paper, no towels, no soap!! The beds were old and dirty. COCKROACHES!!
