Wow I wish I could get a refund for this stay! The front desk was closed when we arrived & there was two other customers in the lobby trying to get ahold of someone via the lobby phone per the posted instructions. They were angry & claimed to have been there 20+ minutes so far after numerous calls to get someone up there. The employee finally walks in saying “oh I didn’t know anyone was here. I didn't like the bed and the floors were dirty ppl were hanging around the front door it was loud and smelly

Terrible. The room smelled like smoke, the front desk lady seemed a little rude to another customer, and the bed was terrible. Anytime you moved it woke me and my boyfriend up.

Very loud slamming stair well door. Roon was next to the stairwell and noise was enough to keep me awake. I left the facility after one nights stay.
