Bad experience My stay was terrible! Once I arrived I had to wait 45 minutes to get my room. The room had a really bad smell and was not worth the money they charge.

Wow I wish I could get a refund for this stay! The front desk was closed when we arrived & there was two other customers in the lobby trying to get ahold of someone via the lobby phone per the posted instructions. They were angry & claimed to have been there 20+ minutes so far after numerous calls to get someone up there. The employee finally walks in saying “oh I didn’t know anyone was here.
