I'm so sorry we did not make a more favorable impression on you during this stay.
They double booked my room. On Saturday at around 4:45 pm they sent a text telling me they didn’t have a room for me. I booked it the Thursday before. Terrible customer Service and would have put me sleeping in my car for a week. Hurricane went through and I booked EARLY!!!!!!!!! To do no Good NOTHING THEY CAN DO GOR ME. BAD EXPERIENCE
The staff was cordial and helpful, however they had to be called for them to check me in. I stayed in a smoke free room, however the smell of marijuana filled the hallway of the 2nd floor.

We arrived early and could not check in. I understand that. When we arrived to check in later the manger was complaining to another employee about Travelocity booking one night stays in front of me. Rude...The trash cans outside of the entry door to the building was over flowing onto the ground. When we got to our room, I wiped up some water from my dogs and the floor was filthy. the worst trip i was sendin my mothers ashes t re my room was non smoking when it was to be smoking then management is in hallway yelling whose smoking weed and knocks on every door on that floor to open up to her we did then we lefy at 330 pm on sunday at check in i left that was the most horrific thing i have every seen and would love my money back for that day

The property except pets dog was barking all night long and the property was not clean mildew smell the property had drug affiliation people around the parking lot
