I didn't like the bed and the floors were dirty ppl were hanging around the front door it was loud and smelly

Terrible. The room smelled like smoke, the front desk lady seemed a little rude to another customer, and the bed was terrible. Anytime you moved it woke me and my boyfriend up.

Very loud slamming stair well door. Roon was next to the stairwell and noise was enough to keep me awake. I left the facility after one nights stay.

Terrible.. At first my husband reserved a smoking room with a king bed, when we get there they had us in a non smoking room with the king bed so I asked the lady if she could give us a smoking room with a king bed. Well, we finally get the smoking room but it was a double bed not a king as we asked for to start with. The crew said they did not have two double beds as the reservation stated.

Booked this last minute and should have looked more closely. Bare minimum for your room with uncomfortable/basic bed and chair. Lobby area and elevator smelled like smoke all the time.
