Worse place I've ever stayed!! Service is slow, hallways smell like you're walking through a bar. Room set up is nice, we got one with a kitchen on the 3rd floor.... however, the roaches were able to enjoy what I cooked for my children. Roaches EVERYWHERE! Crawling down the shower wall, out if the alarm clock and out of the cooking area. Worse place I have ever stayed!! Not to mention, you couldn't even walk down to the vending area without getting harrassed by drunks. Very disappointed!!

Time of year and weather play a big role in controlling pests, just like in homes, so sometimes it takes longer than any of us want to see results. They double booked my room. On Saturday at around 4:45 pm they sent a text telling me they didn’t have a room for me. I booked it the Thursday before. Terrible customer Service and would have put me sleeping in my car for a week. Hurricane went through and I booked EARLY!!!!!!!!! To do no Good NOTHING THEY CAN DO GOR ME. BAD EXPERIENCE
The staff was cordial and helpful, however they had to be called for them to check me in. I stayed in a smoke free room, however the smell of marijuana filled the hallway of the 2nd floor.

We arrived early and could not check in. I understand that. When we arrived to check in later the manger was complaining to another employee about Travelocity booking one night stays in front of me. Rude...The trash cans outside of the entry door to the building was over flowing onto the ground. When we got to our room, I wiped up some water from my dogs and the floor was filthy. the worst trip i was sendin my mothers ashes t re my room was non smoking when it was to be smoking then management is in hallway yelling whose smoking weed and knocks on every door on that floor to open up to her we did then we lefy at 330 pm on sunday at check in i left that was the most horrific thing i have every seen and would love my money back for that day
