Rooms smelled horrible, elevator smelled like a ashtray, towels where not clean, beds where very uncomfortable.
The room was infested with roaches. The staff was friendly and refunded me immediately.
Not happy Great location but scary place and people hanging in parking lot front lobby ect.. had to ask for clean sheets then make my own bed:(
This place needs to be shut down , there is cockroaches all over the rooms , rooms are never cleaned . No one is ever at the front desk to help . There is a heavy weed smoke in the hallways beers in the stair ways . People are hanging out side all night long , so hopefully you don't have a nice car it will be broken in too . People are parting all night long so good luck sleeping , I travel all year long and decided to try hotels.com and to be honest ive already deleted my account I will never book with hotels.com again . On my first day there on a two night stay, I had many cockroaches in my bedroom on the walls and on my bed. I told the front desk and had to wait until the morning to switch rooms. The next room for the second night there was another roach. It is bug infested. There where bugs in the elevator the bathrooms. Horrible smoking smell in hallways. Do not recommend for anyone.
ROACH INFESTED Hallways reeked of weed. Walked in my "suite" and was greeted by 5 very large live cockroaches. I left immediately. I still haven't gotten refund from hotels.com as promised.
