We are so sorry you were not pleased with your stay.
The staff keeps the place clean. I've seen then scrubbing microwaves, cleaning filters etc. But the most worse thing is that they have the nastiest people living there, who most likely being in the roaches. Left my bag on a chair. When i got home left it in my truck 3days to make sure nothing came with me.

Rooms smelled horrible, elevator smelled like a ashtray, towels where not clean, beds where very uncomfortable.
