The property looks good but the bed worn out and lopsided. Be Very uncomfortable. To top it off, the bed made me itch like crazy. Like if bugs were biting me. If you value your reputation, you should remove this hotel from your listings. T

Bed was terrible, customer service was good , water gets stopped up in the tub , no iron in the room

Vi It was a total downer. Smoking residue on a room clearly marked as non-smoking and the chemicals the used to cover the s.old almost choked us. The mattress brought to mind the North Atlantic during storm season. And the heater can came on loud enough to drown out a 747 at game off. When we attempted to contact the front desk to get a slightly better room there was no response. We had planned and paid for 2 nights but when we checked out the next morning we were informed that all payments were final - no refunds. The worst... read more

2 hour wait for check in They didn’t have a room ready when we got there and we had to wait 2 and a half hours for the room to be ready. Also the toilet seat needed to be cleaned.

I wouldn’t go back The service was terrible and my room smelled so strong of smoke I could not sleep. We could not check in until 2 hours after the check in time. Called corporate and they were rude.
