I had booked and paid for queen bed . I had confirmation from Expedia . When I got to hotel they informed no queen bed avail and asked me to pay extra for King bed upgrade as that’s the only room avail . Also at 5am there was so much noise in the room above me . I was in 227 . It felt like someone was jumping and that woke me up . The grab and go breakfast is terrible and unhealthy / filled with sugar

Business response:

Dear SUPRIYA, We would like to express our sincerest apologies for falling short of your expectations concerning the room request. We do honor these requests; however, there are times when we do not have the room unoccupied and available. Also, we understand the inconvenience caused by the noise issue and acknowledge that our breakfast option did not meet your expectations. Your feedback is valuable to us, and we will address these concerns to ensure a more satisfactory experience for you in the future. Sincerely,Hotel Manag... read more

The hotel was filthy, our feet where black from walking barefoot in the room. The room also stunk like whatever was cooked in the room by the previous occupants. The “breakfast included” was granola bars and pre-packaged muffins. Stains on the tub. The stovetop barely got hot to boil water. There were no extra pillow available. The staff was very friendly.

Business response:

Dear Kevin, Thank you for staying with us and sharing your review. While we are pleased that you appreciate our front desk associate's hospitable service, we apologize for your suite not being up to your expectation and for the inconvenience this undoubtedly caused. We strive to provide clean and well-maintained suites for all our guests, and we certainly understand how frustrating it can be when such issues arise. Moreover, we apologize if our complimentary grab-and-go breakfast offerings did not meet your satisfaction. We ... read more

I booked theough expedia I believe on the way to CT from Chicago I called to confirm my reservation. It was nonexistent. So the hotel manager called expedia and the reservation was found and confirmed. At 230 am when I arrived at the hotel a young man was there to check me in and charge ne about 1500 dollars for an already paid for room. Either the hotel owes me payment or expedia dose. I feel cheated and am glad to post my tale of woo over and over again.

Business response:

Dear Robert, We hope you will accept our deepest apologies for the reservation issue and any frustration you encountered during check-in. Unfortunately, financial inquiries on reservations made through a third party, a prepaid booking site, must be made through them, and we suggest you contact them directly. However, if we can assist, we recommend you reach out to us at our hotel at your earliest convenience to resolve this issue. Thank you again for informing us about your concerns, and we hope you give us another opportuni... read more
