Room smelled of smoke and had damp carpeting and the room next door had a drunk loud person screaming at the top of his lungs. Overall experience was terrible. I will never use this chain again!

I knew when i first walked in when the smell of cheap air freshner with an undercurrent of cigarettes was in the air. Then reception let me know that because i was checking in around 8pm that the room assigned to us was the last room they had and if i wanted to change...that i didnt have the option to change. DATED | SMOKEY | UNACCEPTABLE I don't usually leave bad reviews, but this experience was beyond unacceptable. From the moment I walked into the room, I was hit with a disgusting odor of cigarette smoke and what I can only describe as wet dog.
