The stay was ok. Service was mediocre. Some of the attendants were friendly, other than than it was horrible. Customer service could have been better. Very rude. The dryers didnt work at all. There was no breakfast. And on the website specifically stated a breakfast. I woule like a refund.

Terrible place to stay I have nothing nice to say about this place at all! Cold, unfriendly- reception staff condescending. (Except for the one who checked us out - she was helpful). We checked out the next day. BTW - “Breakfast” was a tiny wrapped muffin which looked it came from 7-11l We had to ask for a coffee maker and cups. When we went to reception we were told - “Maybe you should have looked at the brochure then you would have known to ask before you went to your room”

Location desperately needs cleaning oversight. Room was not cleaned. Food debris stuck on the kitchen faucet, bottle caps on the floor and the bathtub was filthy.

When I checked in I was told they were sold out of 2 queen beds which I had booked. Then I had to ask for a rollaway bed and a discount. When getting into my room the whole thing smelled like smoke which was disgusting. Breakfast was a gonala bar and a bag muffin Will never stay here again. Best thing was location and leaving!
