They overbooked the hotel. I had indicated a 10pm checkin. Their front desk calls at 9:30 stating they were full and a prepaid reservation would not be honored. Jasmine the front desk clerk stated I made assumptions about over booking and no manager was available.

There was pee on the toilet seat when we entered and the room had a strong odor of old sweat. After I took a shower I realized there was no hair dryer and when I went to the front desk to ask for one they said they didn’t have enough for all the rooms. I asked if they could retrieve one from another room since I had already washed my hair and they said no. We will never return there.

Not the best No microwave in my room, over the duration of my stay, they were working on getting a microwave for my room. Did not happen before I checked out. Very small few options breakfast. Bed not very comfortable.

I reserved a room with two full size beds, however, when we arrived, only a room with one full size bed was available and it wasn’t finished being cleaned yet. We were offered this room along with a rollaway bed, for the same price as the room with two full size beds, if we could return in a half hour. We accepted and returned later. The next morning we asked if we could check out one hour later than the normal 11am check out time. The front desk was only willing to give us an additional 45 minutes.
