Breakfast consisted of a muffin and coffee to go. Hotel was run down, and not very clean. Dirty windows and floors. Dogs barking in rooms close by, all day long. Not sure if should be updated or knocked down! Great location, shame on the hotel

Will not return Rooms are not cleaned often. The dirt and grime is from over time. Hair not properly picked up. Various odors. First room had mold.

Not a safe or secure property. All mt tools were stolen out of my truck. Which was parked backed in. In the closest space to the front door.

Shady Employees!! Horrible Service Horrible will never stay at this hotel again. A front desk worker accuse us of stealing a decor pillow attempting to charge it to our stay after arguing with me for 15minutes delaying my check out a manager had came to notify her there was no decor pillow in our room at all!! This was Ridiculous

They don't have continental breakfast despite what expedia advertise.

Very poor housekeeping standards in general, very noticeable upon arrival. This is unfortunate, since property has more potential. The floors and hallways leading up to the room were not clean, very obvious that they have not been swept and vacuumed properly in several days. If they were, very poor job was done. Room was not properly cleaned prior to my check in, with food crumbs on the kitchen dinette counters and liquid stains on the small table. Look again There was no hot water. Electrical outlets didn’t work. It took a long time for the room to get warm. There were utinsils in the kitchen. There were no extra blankets. No ‘do not disturb’ signs. I did get a quiet room, however.

Horrible customer service and roaches in hotel I had roaches in my room. I took one to the front desk and they just said they would take a note and give to the manager. My heater caught fire. Smoked out my room. So no heater for two days I was there and they again said, "Please dont turn it back on and I will leave a note for the manager". Great front desk. Hotel not so great. The service from the front desk was great. They only clean the room once a week. If you want fresh sheets your out of luck. I had never been to a hotel that this was their policy. They have no ice machine.
