The room reeked of cigarettes, the counters were dirty, toilet paper roll had not been changed out and left on an empty one, towels didn't look very clean. It was such a disappointing trip. Will not be booking with place again

Absolutely a Sh*thole! The only thing that made it better than sleeping in my car was the terrible shower... Dirty, rundown, no coffee, no ice, broken iron, dirty dirty dirty. a bad motel 8 is a big upgrade! let’s just say i’m glad i recently had a thetnus shot update. Don’t stay! Keep Driving!

Well when I get there the lady at the front desk told me the sold out all the no smoking rooms and she offered one smoking room , she said if you don't want it I can cancel the order and we don't charge for , I have to look for another place around 1 am I was Soo mad

For the price the breakfast was not worth it there was no pots pans or anything else for me to cook with

Very rude costumer service This hotel was bad the lady who checked me in was so rude she had a horrible attitude like I was an inconvenience to her the room was dirty and the on the go breakfast was a joke that did not even have orange juice and the coffee was out it then at check out the lady was also rude I will never stay at this hotel again in fact i think this hotel ruined me from ever staying at another extended stay America

Poor management Terrible experience. Went to check in and was told at 11pm that no rooms were available even though I had prepaid and received an email confirmation of my booking. Was told the front desk tried to call me. I had no missed calls of any kind. Hotels.com were very apologetic and refunded me my money and I went and stayed at a hotel with better service.
The whole place smelled like cigarettes.
