Uncontrolled viscious dog Had issue with patrons dog. Viscious and got off leash. Management did nothing to ease our anxietites about this dog which had attacked ours. Fortunately no injury occured. The owners continued to let dogs run free, against the hotel policy.

Disappointed Staff ok. Minimally responsive. Hotel has foul odor, especially in room. Requested non smoking room. Both recliner and bedspread have cigarette burn holes.Have stayed in this chain before with much better experience.

Horrible experience. First off, they did not have a smoking room even tBought I had requested a month before. The young woman at the front desk was unapologetic and rude saying it happened because I booked through a third party site. I would never stay here again.

Nice Hotel and area.. Hard time sleeping, to many people drinking in the parking lot. One night you had a drunk guest arrested drunk in the front, 10 cop cars with lights al over the hotel. Another night a drunk guest was laying passed out in front of and exit door and again cops and fir trucks with sirens and lights...

Family stay This place is horrible. Never stay here if with family visit. The carpets extremely dirty in rooms and hallways. Above all the staff is very very rude and uncooperative. They don't care about anything. I complained about the broken table, stinky smell in our room and missing amenities. This is a with kitchen room. Never again The room was okay cleaned the bathroom had stuff on the sink and tub was disgusting it was a one night stay so we didn’t use it. Secondly the room and the hotel itself had a funny smell which was left on my clothes and body after leaving, it also smelled like cigarettes coming down the hall.

Smells I accidentally booked a smoking room. My fault. I asked if we could switch rooms at check in. She told me that they had just rented the last two minutes before. The smells of weed and cigarettes started at the hallway. We had to sleep with the windows open to help with the smell of smoke in the room.
