The bathroom was not clean, and had dirty footprints all over the bathtub. There was loud music and loud conversations coming from the workers break room all night long. There was also CO2 detectors beeping all night and day. The “complimentary” breakfast is a joke, granola bars or prepackaged oatmeal!

Would not stay The heat didn’t work in our first room. Not hot tub. The breakfast was oatmeal, packets, and coffee.

The “new” heater/AC units didn’t work right. Stayed 90 degrees in the room. I tried multiple rooms and they even changed out the thermostats. The problem never went away.

We checked in with adults to a lobby filled with 20 children screaming and running around like it was a kids birthday party - right in the checkin entrance, couldn’t here the 2 guys that checked us in which were also not helpful for shuttle service. Beds look like college beds with exposed legs no base or box spring. Shower tubs (cause we asked the other couples and had same issue) made horrible cracking noise when showering. Overall will never stay again.

Never ever again in this hotel This Hotel is noisy. while booking I placed a request for upper floor and over looking the front of the property. NO ONE READS THESE REQUESTS. Not sound proofed. Every door shut with a loud bang! Next door151 has a dog, Barking continuously and woke me up. lobby has the smell of weed. I got the smell last night (30th) and this morning(31Dec). Won’t stay again There were people staying there next to us smoking marijuana all hours of the day and night doors slamming all night long and a fire alarm at 430 nothing was done to take care of the situation. I am on oxygen and requested nonsmoking for a reason. This was unacceptable and should have been handled by the management.
