Average stay Average condition plus noisy neighbours. But housekeeping very helpful Breakfast poor no coffee!!!

Got to the room ready to sleep at 1am, bedsheets clearly hadn’t been changed as they were stained and had hairs on them. Asked for a new room and was told one wasn’t haulage, the manager handed me new sheets and told me to change them myself. My partner complained more sternly and suddenly a new room was available. That was one was even dirtier than the first one. Told them we weren’t staying there and drove 4 hours home at 2am instead. Don’t waste your time. Housekeeper also appeared to be a literal 12 year old child.

Bad. It looks like an old government building or school that was renovated into a hotel. The rooms feel like a dorm room. Be aware that the walls are paper thin. The couple next to me was blaring rap music and the walls were so thin that I could hear their entire conversation in between songs... until 2AM. Top it off with a dog in a room a few doors down that barked until 11PM. I didn't feel safe as a single woman so didn't use the exercise room.

Hotel staff never salted the entrance ways or parking area they both are covered in snow the entire stay Hotel pool has algae growing on the bottom surface , management is never available and the staff barely speaks English

You get what you pay for Waited a half hour to check in at 5:30 p.m as no one was the counter. Extremely loud all night. Drunk people swearing in hallway. Had to ask for silverware and dishes. Not in room.

it is easier to say what I liked....and that was our room was very close to the front desk; our smoke detector was BROKEN, the temperature, when we arrived was 44 degrees, (despite me calling about the hot tub) hot tub was out of order, the pool area was FREEZING and the breakfast was SO sparse, not even a piece of fruit

While my wife and I were out, "maintenance" entered our room without our knowledge and let our dog out. When the front desk was asked, they initially said no one entered. After further conversation, they admitted they entered due to a miscomunication. We repeatedly asked to speak to the manager and have never received a call. This is an untrustworthy and unsafe space. Do not stay here.
