The pull out couch mattress was horrible . The floor had spots all over . Differently time for a remodel very poor conditions.

You get what you pay for This property was not as advertised! Checked into the first non-smoking room and had to request a new one because it smelled so badly of cigars. Second room was better but still had an unusual smell mixed with stale cigarettes. There were dead bugs everywhere! The sheets and linens smelled clean but the comforter was stained. The security bolt on the door was broken. Although the staff was very pleasant, the facility looked nothing like the pictures that are posted. We reserved the room for two night... read more

Eh When it was time for us to check in, they gave us the key to a room that someone was LVING in. She changed our rooms, we needed other sheets and a blanket for the pull-out couch because we had 3 people & she told us she didn’t have any extra blankets. So we had to purchase our own from Walmart. When I left, another employee asked about our stay, and I informed her of all of this and she quickly came back with several excuses, other than a simple apology.

It should say there are three stories and no elevator. The chair in my room was taped, the door made a horrible sound when it opened and closed, the trash cans were missing from the room there was no coffee maker or blow dryer. The room was mostly clean just dated. Stains on every surface including burn marks. The staff was very polite though.

There’s nobody there after 12pm. Room was dirty found a sock on the floor as soon as we walked in. The sheets were stained and there were dead bugs on the sheets. Trying going back to talk to someone and they had a sign that said the hours were 9am-12pm. To call the emergency number and dial 0. Totally unacceptable.
