We were given keys to two dirty rooms until a third room was a clean one.
No heat No trash cans No shower curtain 2 roaches in the bathroom Hair pins on the floor in bathroom Floor needed to be vacuumed microwave not working
I tried to check in around 1:40 am and the doors were locked. I used the phone outside the doors to speak to someone about checking in, it just kept ringing, no one answered. I had to drive around and find somewhere else to sleep
first they check me into a room that was already occupied then put me in a room full of bed bugs i got bit then finally i was moved to a clean room but the manger was nasty and rude the guy at the desk was very professional
Horrible stay The room was dirty. The whole place smelled like cigarettes and pot even though it was supposedly “non-smoking”. We got locked out of our room and had to break into it. There was never a person at the front desk and we waited to get checked in for 30 minutes.
I need a refund I ended up being f very very sick with severe stomach pain lead to sever chest pain but the staf was great
Dirty, nasty, and disgusting. Unsafe and dangerous. Avoid at all costs! They’ll also put illegal charges on your card.
