Worse check staff in History! This is the worst hotel in my life! They checked me at midnight. Clerk took my info issued me the key! 1.5 hours later wake me up demand I come down stairs half dressed! Clerk does not remember she checked me in she was loaded and on her cell and phone the entire check in! 4 hours later 4 am simeone trying to get in my room! Do NOT stay here! Trust me!

The man at the front desk was very inappropriate. He text my personal phone and asked what are my plans for tonight with him!!!!
I have stayed at other extended stay america and they where good but this one was not. Even if housekeeping is upon request wen i asked for it i was told i have to pay for it ex. Linen or rest room cleaning Stayed with phisicaly handicaped guest amd handicaped person acomodation is advertised is not that way
