The only reason i took it is it was next to the airport but, when you first get there no one is there to help for a good 15 min, they told me it is usually the case. Rooms smells like cigarette and Old and i said rooms bcs i had to switch rooms 2 times from the smell. No shampoo to shower One very thin bed cover

I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at Extended Stay America Suites Elizabeth Newark Airport, and I must say it was one of the worst hotel stays I have ever had. At check in the staff was all in the breakroom and asked customers to wait 10 minutes before they would come to the front desk to check in people. What kind of hotel does this? No sense of customer service. The hotel hallways have a bad smell. The other reviews are accurate. The room is ok. Pretty basic. I will not be staying at this horrible place again.

Absolutely terrible experience, I would give them Zero stars if I could. I picked this hotel because of the kitchen. As a new mom it was important to have a working kitchen and the room was dirty. The kitchen was not functional as the refrigerator was broken and everything was dirty. I had to throw away the milk I pumped because of the broken refrigerator. I will never stay here again.
