When we arrived we couldnt find the front desk attendants. We got to the room and it was on the clean end, but dingy and a little dusty. The key card worked may one time out of 10 painful. I see this more as a motel than hotel. Will not stay there again.

Not happy with stay The room was fairly disgusting. We had burn holes in our bedding. The shower was dirty as was the counter in the bathroom. Overall we felt the hotel was very underwhelming and ended up spending more than expected. We had to pay for parking on top of additional charge and they also put a 250 dollar hold on my account when we arrived for damage security. We also had a sink that did not drain well.

I reserved two rooms. When I arrived for check in, the hotel said they gave out the rooms that I had reserved. The staff was unapologetic. She said she had another room vacant but I would have to pay extra for it. I had no choice because I was with my family. She asked that I take it up with Expedia. Send my refund.
