Uno scandalo. Da evitare. Una vergogna, non ci hanno comunicato nulla relativamente alla richiesta per il trasferimento, niente cuscini aggiuntivi. Nessuna assistenza da Hotels.com. Hotel sporco e puzza di Marjuana. Lampade non funzionanti. Colazione pietosa e ripetitiva, solo muffin e tea. Squallido davvero. Il direttore non presta assistenza. Seguirà un azione legale per la richiesta di rimborso per indennizzo.

When we got to the hotel, no one was at the reception desk. We knocked on the plexiglass screen several times to no avail. After about 10 minutes or so, a male staff member came out and checked us in. However, he really needs more training on customer service. He didn't say sorry for being late. He was unfriendly. The next day was not much better. There were no paper cups for the coffee. When I asked the same male staff member, he said, "Unfortunately" they didn't have any more cups. The staff when we checked in were tentative and polite but when checking out it was a totally difficult story. I stood at the desk for several minutes while several staff members argued amongst themselves. The bathrooms need updates bad, so bad that they look really dirty.

As soon as i walked in the room, the kitchen caught my eye. The outside of the refridgerator was dingy and dirty with brown spots all over it. didn't want to put anything in it. The stove was also dirty with rust all over it and the vent looked like it was picked up off the street. The bath tub did not have a stopper. it had a black hole in it. This property is very worn down on the insides. The room was bot cleansed properly and you could see fingerprints all over including the headboards. Luckily i brought my own disinfectant wioes because it was too late to look for another property. The AC vent/filter clearly hasn't been cleaned in ages and this is an extended stay hotel so obviously there has been cooking going on in the room. Bathtub still had the dirt ring around it.
