At check in the staff was all in the breakroom and asked customers to wait 10 minutes before they would come to the front desk to check in people. What kind of hotel does this? No sense of customer service. The hotel hallways have a bad smell. The other reviews are accurate. The room is ok. Pretty basic. I will not be staying at this horrible place again.

Absolutely terrible experience, I would give them Zero stars if I could. I picked this hotel because of the kitchen. As a new mom it was important to have a working kitchen and the room was dirty. The kitchen was not functional as the refrigerator was broken and everything was dirty. I had to throw away the milk I pumped because of the broken refrigerator. I will never stay here again.

I wanted to do check out before 11 am that is the time to do check out but there wasn’t anyone in front desk, we were a lot of people waiting for checking in and checking out but terrible service, I couldn’t do check out because I almost missed my flight and I couldn’t pick my deposit up that was $100 dollars, so they didn’t give me back my money of deposit. I really want a reimbursement for this terrible service and my deposit back

Terrible Stay Experience Room smelled like cigar smoke. Burn mark in blanket. Dirty Shower, weird smell in the bathroom. Overall dirty and more like a cheap motel feel. I’m good off coming back there.
