Checking in ? Front desk chair empty Just not being able to check in easily, killed the otherwise good times with a freind. One person who was trying to check in when I got there, said that he was waiting for some one to show up in front desk for the past 30 minutes. Finally someone came from their break after 7 minutes of my waiting...

Do yourself the favor and stay anywhere else, it is dirty and unsafe. Spend the extra money and stay somewhere else. When we arrived we immediately booked another hotel elsewhere because we could not sleep there, we attempted to get our money back and they said no, so we had to spend MORE money for another hotel that ended up being worth it anyway. I repeat do not stay here

Not what I expected The rooms were out dated & I thought the breakfast would be a real breakfast I was told it would be coffee tea a granola bar & oatmeal and there must have been slim pickings because when I went down in the morning there was one granola bar & coffee that taste like water with creamer in it. I wouldn’t stay here again unless I really really really had no other options

When we arrived, the whole building just smelled poorly, like body odor and smoke. We were downgraded from the king size room we booked because "that's the room staff take breaks/have lunches in", and given a full-size bed without any change in price or discount. Everything was vaguely grimy and generally felt unclean and old. No mattress protector on the bed.

I didn’t even stay the night. I left by 2 am because there were roaches in the room. Including on the headboard. When I called the manger the next day he took 10 hours to Return my call, he said they checked the room and there were no roaches. I know there were because I killed them and couldn’t sleep in the room because of the bugs. I’d Like a Refund. I never leave a negative review But this was unacceptable.

Everything was perfect except one night someone was knocking on my door at 4am!! Don’t go if you are a single woman!!
