The "bates motel" would have been better. Nothing about this place was as it appeared on any of the booking websites. Had to stay one night of 4 until I could find another hotel. One night here was one too many. Do not bring your family here it is not safe! There are at least 4 other hotels in the area so go to them instead! Shuttle from airport was broken down. because cleaning is done every two weeks, according to what they told us and there is no room service, the carpets are very old and dirty, with chewing gum stuck to the carpets. They offered it with breakfast included and we couldn't have breakfast any day because there wasn't enough and the time they posted was until 9:30, even at 8:30 they didn't have anything and they didn't put anything to replace and have the breakfast service, they don't have either a place to have breakfast

The attendant on the front desk doesn’t have good customer relationships and arrogant. Upon entering the room bad odor of smoking was noted. The bathroom is dirty. Upgrading is necessary in this hotel. My overall experience was terrible and I was disappointed.

It's not what it seems! The hotel look nice when you check the website They service breakfast! I have just coffee for breakfast because they don’t make it anything else!!! Few things on the room that I don’t like it No ice machine on the building, the rooms need maintenance
