Stay away of this place. This place has a poor customer service. They usually call you one hour before of your check out time to ask you if you will leave. When I ask the manager, she said, this is a policy of the company. I told her, no need to do that because I could be sleeping at that time. She replied, you should not be sleeping at that time because your check out will be just an hour ahead. Second, They don't do housekeeping during your stay. The room was dirty and made me and my wife feel very uncomfortable! I also tried to go down to the vending machine being it was 3am at the time for the drink machine not to work. My room was a no smoking room but smelt like cigarettes & the cleanliness was below average. I felt out of place and disgusted. Woke my wife up and left at 7 am. did not even wait for 11 am check out

Al entrar a la habitación, la cama no tenia sabanas no colchoneta ni almohada. Si estaba limpia pero se les olvido hacer la cama.

Smells like urine in the hallways, especially on the 3rd floor. At least the window in the room opens a few inches to let that fresh Newark air in as well as the Airplane noise!
