No mattress covers in mattresses, filthy , mold in bathrooms , trash left under kitchen sink from previous guest . Staff was very nice and changed room to one that was better . However I would not ever stay there again.

Not worth the money room cleaning not done every day, we had to bring our soiled towels downstairs to get those changed, staffs not very friendly on the reception, made us wait for check in even when we said kids need to go to washroom

I was visiting New York and when it was time for me to go home, I was caught up in the flight cancellation chaos that happened with bad weather and under staffing. I decided to see if I would have a better chance leaving out of Newark instead of LaGuardia. I was planning on staying in this hotel for two nights until my scheduled flight. The front desk staff and the shuttle driver were courteous and helpful. The property appeared clean, but there was a strong smell of old food (baked grease) in the room. When I reported this, I was offered an air freshener that didn't help, not a room change. The room amenities were worn. Worse check staff in History! This is the worst hotel in my life! They checked me at midnight. Clerk took my info issued me the key! 1.5 hours later wake me up demand I come down stairs half dressed! Clerk does not remember she checked me in she was loaded and on her cell and phone the entire check in! 4 hours later 4 am simeone trying to get in my room! Do NOT stay here! Trust me!
