Very disappointed with hotel. Totally misrepresented on Expedia app. The hotel air stunk. The rooms were dirty. The fridge was disgustingly dirty. There was hair on the shower floor. The beds never got made by housekeeping… I wonder why they have them, considering the place was extremely dirty. We asked for a blow dryer and never got one…need I go on? We usually stay at another chain but decided to give them a shot…big mistake. Never again! Absolutely not worth the money.

Standing Stay in Hell I stay in this facility for six long days they didn't even clean or change my towels once people in the front desk are pretty rude they are very arrogant they act like they doing you a favor when you ask they for something or for information.the refrigerator in my room was making funny noises like an old truck .I went to the front desk requested another room I explained the situation with the refrigerator I was told to disconnected the refrigerator. Skip this place Kitchenette was totally empty, no plates or utensils, the fridge was so dirty I didn’t even want to put my bottle of water in it. Couldn’t raise the volume of tv loud enough to even hear it or get cc. The grab and go breakfast was a joke. A single table held some pre-packaged “Honey Buns” and a few granola bars, one urn each of hot water and coffee, some powdered milk and a few packs of oatmeal/grits. I really should’ve paid more attention of the reviews.

Room was disgusting!!! Fridge had mildew and brown stains up and down the door. The stove range was nasty as hell. Stains all over it. Hair on the floor by the bed. The bathroom wasn’t cleaned stains on the counter and in the tub. I checked in and checked out all under 11 mins. Complete filth. The staff was sleeping and rude as hell guess she was mad she had to wake the hell up from the back office to tend to my complaints. Will NEVER stay or recommend this hotel. EVER!

The rooms have miniature kitchens which workout if you are traveling for entire weekends like I was.

The place is dirty, smell bad, I saw socks on the lamps looks like they don’t clean the rooms. Supposedly include breakfast is not true.

The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Heavily stained towels, cigarette burns in bed sheets, an incredibly dirty lobby. These are just some of the bad experiences I faced while staying at this Extended Stay. Not to mention the fact that their system apparently “audits” itself from 1AM-3AM every night and prevents late night check-ins. I only stayed here because my flight was cancelled and I had no other options as all other hotels in the area had been booked.
