Allez ailleurs Aucune cafetière dans la chambre. Les draps étaient tachés. Il a fallu retourner à l’accueil pour leur dire que les draps doivent être changés. L’employé nous a remis un set de draps pour que nous fassions le lit nous-mêmes. Le ménage doit être effectué par le client selon les directives de l’employé à l’accueil. Le téléphone dans la chambre non opérationnel de même que le four. Il faut absolument des sandales de plage pour entrer dans le bain. Les murs de la chambre sont sales.

I made my reservation with a month in advance and got there no rooms available. Finally they found one but pillows and sheets had a weird smell. My room keys didn't work next day. They didn't clean or change my towels.

We arrived to find an intoxicated person at front area who then passed out into the garden. Check in was easy, except the intoxicated person was then standing behind us. The smell of the property from the reception area, lifts, hallway was disgusting. The room overall was in very poor condition and not in standing with the quantum of cost. We left to source accommodation elsewhere and upon return to collect out bags found the intoxicated person getting out of a lift with staff. Dissapointed They sent me to a very dirty room on the first floor that smelled like dogs. Then, I was taken to the fourth floor, the room there was clean, however the bed was dirty. Then I spoke to the management and they took me to a clean room in the second floor. I also have not received my $100 in security back. I am very disappointed with the service.

The property is in really bad condition. Still waiting for my reimbursement of one night. We change hotel the day after. I called Expidia the same night and still waiting for the $25 credit you offer.
