Very Disappointed, I liked before this hotel but everything is changed , this hotel supposed to be good , but kitchen cabinets are empty, no shampoos, no soaps , chairs are very dusty and dirty , bathroom very old and dirty not so much for covid cleaning, rooms smells on marihuana very bad odor. To bad that this hotel went to low with everything, but they do charge a lot like it was a new hotel. Receptionist and other staff are very nice and pleasant 5 stars for them. Surrounding are looks like some third world country.

It was very nasty the bed and bathroom hair all over i will never recommend this hotel and the front desk acts clueless

We got in late and it was too late to do anything but crash let alone ask for another room. But there were many short hairs left in the sink. And toothpaste. But it was the hair that made me want to vomit. They never even wiped it out. I tried to just sleep but someone was smoking in a close room. There was so much smoke I literally felt it in my lungs and couldn't get myself to sleep. I figured out about an hour later that it was coming in through the air vent when the AC would turn on.

this is my 2 time with the same charges doble is unacceptable same bad experience here a the fro t dest They just say the money get back to your card on 7 business day like they not even care they make a mistake and I have to pay the price cuz they make a mistake and My money from card when I have my reservation pay already on hotels.com insane

False Advertisement False advertisement, they do not provide a shuttle to the airport. The place is dirty, towels had pubic looking hair on them, no toilet paper, the shower handle was broken and could not use it at all. You'll smell cigarrete smoke from the lobby to your room. Never again!
