Not happy Booked my room and I was out of town, they gave my room away.. had to drive around until I found a hotel..

The hotel is pretty run down and it's cleanliness is poor. It should be classified more or less as a motel rather a hotel. Breakfast is included, however breakfast was coffee in the hallway and muffins and some snacks. There was not even a sit down area for breakfast. The hotel requested a debit of USD100 in advance and only refund the deposit after you check out a few days later. There is nothing in the room thats worth USD100 that you can take away from the room.

There were literally roaches in out bed

Our flight was delayed, and when we finally got to the hotel exhausted we could not check in because the system needed to audit for some undetermined amount of time. I am sitting here in the lobby unable to check in to the room that I paid for at 2:15 am. This is completely unacceptable

I had to switch rooms 2 times before getting a decent room. The first room was never cleaned trash on the floor and the linens were dirty. The second room the TV did not work. The last room smelled of smoke. The entire experience was terrible.
