bathtub was a little dirty. toilet paper was out after two uses. there were pizza boxes left in the fridge. there was only one wash cloth and 1 towel and what looks like coffee stains on the bathroom counter. we didn’t have any cups or anything. when we originally came went down to the front desk there wasn’t anyone there so we went back up to the room. The room was nasty it smelled like someone was urinating all over the place. No breakfast it said no smoking however people were smoking in the non-smoking area.

There were bed bugs. The "Free Breakfast consisted a coffee pot and a few granola bars, cup of Oatmeal."

I choose the hotel b/c I needed a shuttle from/to tge Airport and to have breakfast in the morning before we catch our flight. No shuttle from airport, I called the hotel and they said they don't have it. We have to use a taxi then I talk to the lady at the hotel counter to book us for early morning shuttle to the airport and she said the shuttle driver comes around 7am. We suppose to get to the airport before 6am. I have to pay another $50 in the morning to got to airport. And we were late and missed our flight. How on eart... read more
