Worse hotel stay. Hotel was dated. Room had a musty smell. I was placed on the first floor and the noise above me was very loud.

Room key didn’t work, bed wasn’t made in room, had to change rooms @ midnight, lobby was messy

Our beds didn’t have sheets on them, there were crumbs all over the bed and we found someone’s items in the drawer.

The staff is terrible - The front desk is always empty, if you need a service, just wait; The room has strong mold smell; Be prepared to have a running dog at 2am on top of your floor, and loud talking voice in the hallway at 5 am.

Arrived for check in, bad odor in foyer, all people working were coughing with runny noses, personel was putting us in a room that they new was unfit for use, odor in room was intolerable, had no options for us, had to go make arrangements elsewhere. The inconvenience made us late for our business meeting. Extra chaos we really didn't need.
